This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from sport2people.com (the “Site”).

If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We collect data based on email activity in order to prepare remarketing campaigns, such as open rate, bounce rate, clicks and conversion rate. We then analyze data from email marketing and use them for targeted campaigns.
Behavioural advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Statistical data will be destroyed after two years.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Site has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site.
