Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Sport2People LLC. The Sport2People One (1) Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from official seller on Amazon or sport2people.com. Sport2People Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are sold on third party stores, such as eBay.

1. What does this limited warranty cover?

 This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Sport2People LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

2. How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sport2People or Amazon is one (1) year from the date of extending your warranty (needs to be extended within one (1) year after your purchase).

3. How do I get my extended warranty?

After you made a Sport2People purchase on Amazon or at Sport2People.com you may extend your warranty for free for one (1) additional year by going to http://vip.sport2people.com. Once you extend, you will need to save a copy of your warranty extension email to be used during the claim process.

4. How do I use my extended warranty?

To obtain extended warranty service, you must first contact us at info@sport2people.com within one year of purchase. In the email please include 1) confirmation email you received when extending warranty 2) order ID 3) photo of damaged product . We will help to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Process of claim will be complete within 4 weeks. One claim per Order ID.

5. What does my warranty include?

Sport2People LLC will send a new replacement product at no charge if the application is complete and all the requirements fulfilled.
