- 2 cups 100% peanut butter
- Natural sweetener (stevia, maple syrup)
- ½ ripe banana
- ¾ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients and grind until smooth and creamy. You can keep your banana peanut butter spread in the fridge for 1 month.
